I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Qaulity Diamonds.
Before ordering, I was clearly informed both via the company’s website and through direct communication that the diamond would arrive well within my required timeframe. This assurance proved to be incorrect.
The date the diamond was due to arrive to Quality Diamonds from their supplier, i emailed to check the progress and discovered their supplier was based in the US. Only when i followed up did they contact their US supplier, at which point it became clear that the diamond had not even been shipped yet. A few days after this, the diamond was shipped and has now been held in customs for almost a week.
For anyone working to a relatively tight turnaround (around three weeks), i would strongly discourage using Quality Diamonds. The diamonds are shipped from the US, adding customs and communication delays. Had the shipping origin and realistic delivery risks been disclosed upfront, I would not have placed the order - i was assured that it would be delivered in time.
I am traveling for 6 weeks for work which has now left me in an awkward position. The lack of transparency and proactive management fell well below what was promised and reasonably expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.
