Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!
