Run away. I ordered a iron filter system from this website and they charged me, but failed to send the unit. I finally found tracked down the shipping information (from my credit card company) and contacted the supplier. Turns out- they simply gave the supplier their FedEx account and said 'ship to here' but the unit exceeds the maximum weight allowed by FedEx ground. So it sat at the warehouse and noone contacted me. Back and forth with this company- they attempted to resend again via FedEx (this is when the local FedEx manager told me the unit was far too heavy for their service). I notified QualityWater Treatment customer service of this fact (why don't they already know this??). Still don't have the unit shipped to me. So- here we are- 6 months after they took my money- I STILL don't have a water unit. It's INSANE! I finally had enough and asked them to match the current 20% off sale price as a refund for this hassle. NOPE- refused. They said they wouldn't even give me the current discount they are offering on their website! This is a company that takes no responsibility for getting you the product- once they have your order- you are on your own. If you do order through them- carefully track your shippment and know if anything goes wrong- it will not be recified quickly. Be ready to do a dispute with your credit card vendor. If I could do it differently, I would go direct to the manufacturer or use a different vendor.
