They lied on the 6 month money back guarantee. I bought a water filter for iron, $2200 and after 3 months it didn’t change my water quality at all. I attempted to return the item and they said I can’t since it was used. I even tried paying shipping and the 25% restocking fee and they flat out told me I’m stuck with my purchase. Pretty pissed about it. It’s a very expensive paper weight.
