They were really responsive before I placed the order, afterwards when there were issues with the unit, they did not respond! I have emailed them 2 times in the past week with zero response (although they claim that they respond in 24 hours). Also, understand that Qualitywatertreatment/Softpro does not actually manufacture any products, they simply take orders for products and then send them to a 3rd party for fulfillment, but they never mention this beforehand. The company that actually builds the products and ships the order is a large multinational company that builds units that they sell to guys like Quality Water and others, who just slaps their name on the product. Do your research and ask questions. I realize now that I could have purchased basically the same item for hundreds of dollars less than the unit I bought from Quality Water.
