I rarely write reviews, but this experience has pushed me to speak up.
I am extremely disappointed with this prop firm. They do NOT pay out as expected. You will end up waiting for months with no clear feedback or communication. My payout date even passed, and instead of it being processed automatically (as any serious firm would do based on their own terms like bi-weekly cycles), I was told I need to contact them to reschedule a new payout date. That alone should tell you everything.
Another major red flag — the constant discounts. At first it looks attractive, but now I see it for what it is: a tactic to pull in more traders. A serious firm doesn’t need to keep pushing discounts over and over.
And now, to make things worse, they’ve removed the chat support. You can no longer resolve issues in real time — you’re forced to send emails and wait, which only adds to the delays. Doesn’t that raise serious concerns? It definitely should.
Also, don’t be deceived by how they reply to reviews here. It may look professional on the surface, but the real experience behind the scenes is completely different.
Please, please, please don’t fall victim like I did. I trusted them, followed the rules, and still ended up stuck with no payout.
In my honest opinion, this is not a firm you should trust with your time or money. Avoid it at all costs.
