You pass and account after doing all the hard word which took almost 2 months of hard work and then in funded falsely claimed that i over risked which i never ever did and reduced my leverage and then even after following every freaking non sense rules they put on me i traded and got until payout and then out of nowhere they breachy account and rejected my payout for trading the pair i am good at by implying some max allocation.
The challenge structure is fair and the pricing is very competitive, especially when promotions are running. Getting through the evaluation phases felt transparent, and the overall trading conditions,@clevapass frm telegram passed the challenge fr me,
That said, I'd strongly advise any trader to go through the rulebook with a fine-tooth comb before placing a single trade, because not knowing the rules will cost you your account.
The online support was excellent. I made a purchase on the website and had entered the wrong email address, and the online support team resolved my problem immediately. I have no words to describe it. I can only express my gratitude.
What happened to me I want to share my experience again I saw a lot of people experience same issue
1. First challenge passed - no funded account: After passing the first time, they refused to fund me and made me redo the challenge for no valid reason.
2. First payout denied - $1,900, lot size trap (based on MT5 time): After finally getting funded, they told me my maximum lot size is 8, a rule only applied after funding. They denied my payout of $1,900, claiming I exceeded the lot size, using my MT5 time for calculations.
3. Second payout denied - $4,500, news rule after interview: I passed again and did the requested interview and get confirmation that I passed the interview but Then they denied my payout of $4,500, claiming I traded during a speech-related news event,
4. Third payout denied - $6,482, switched to Dashboard time: They denied my payout of $6,482, saying I exceeded lot size again, but this time using the Dashboard time zone, which is different from MT5. According to my MT5, I was within limits. If Dashboard time counts, then my first payout should've been accepted too.
and as goodwill they reject my payout and give me new funded account I was in that trap for almost 3 months
Anyway I don’t Play the victim role , just lesson learned and I will never Trade with them anymore and every time
