It was my first time i was doing business with them . After reaching 10k profit i requested my payout . They deny the payout as i they claim i was trading during news , i was only trading NAS100 and US30 , the news were about Bank of Canada governor speak . No influence on us indices that Canada had but they said it was red mark on Forex Factory . So if Bank of England or New Zeland has news i cant trade us indices wtf is that rule?? what has to do with indices ?. It seems to me they have a problem and trying to find a reason to not pay. The rejection happened on Monday i send an Email yesterday requested to re evaluate until this moment no reply. How can i be sure that if i request another payout they will pay? Really untrusthworthy relationship with client no prior communication that i breached as you said the rule and waited and investing tremendous work and time for nothing. Im an account manager of multiples clients investing in stocks bonds . This could have been a good relationship but they seem very very unprofessional and untrustworthy . i will keep you updated on the reply.
