I am very dissatisfied with how the company managed the acquisition. I had an active, fully paid account, and after the transition, my entire account was disabled without any explanation. Despite providing complete proof—payment receipts, account ID details, and dashboard screenshots—the company has consistently denied my case without any valid justification. This is unacceptable for a business in the prop firm sector. When acquiring another firm, there is also an obligation to treat existing customers fairly. Instead, my account has been overlooked, my inquiries dismissed, and there has been a lack of transparent communication. It seems that customers from the previous firm are being neglected without support, despite having paid for the service in good faith. I expect prompt action, a clear explanation, and the restoration of my account. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this firm to any trader. I will publicly update this review if the company chooses to take responsibility and address this issue.
