The email suggested reaching out via Live Chat for assistance, but the responses were slow and lacked clear guidance. In critical situations involving equity protection and drawdown rules, traders need accurate and timely information, which was unfortunately not provided. I am not disputing the firm’s policies — my concern lies with the lack of clarity and communication regarding them. A funded trading environment demands transparency and dependable support to uphold trader confidence. I hope the company enhances its communication practices and support responsiveness, as these aspects significantly affect trader trust and long-term partnerships.
