I’m writing this review with the hope that the company will reconsider my account in full context, rather than as a final complaint. I spent nearly two months, executed hundreds of trades, maintained strict risk management (generally 0.5–1.5% risk, well below the 4% daily limit), and successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 with discipline and consistency. The issue stems from a single event on USDCHF: • I had SELL positions (10 lots × 3) opened and held as part of my strategy. • While managing multiple accounts, I accidentally opened an opposite position on another account. • I quickly realized the mistake and closed the opposite trade within 8-10 seconds, at a loss. • The original positions were held as intended. • The timestamps clearly indicate this was a human error, not hedging or reverse trading. I communicated transparently with the support team, and they acknowledged that the mistake was genuine and corrected immediately. However, the decision to deny the live funded account was still deemed final. I fully respect the company’s rules. At the same time, I genuinely request that they reconsider this decision by reviewing my entire trading history, intent, and consistency — rather than focusing on one brief execution error that was rectified instantly. On a positive note: • The company offers competitive spreads • The community and support responsiveness are commendable • The trading environment itself is solid I’m submitting this review in good faith, hoping it prompts a fair reassessment of my account rather than permanently closing the matter.
