I want to alert other traders to be careful when using this service. I had a funded account that was compromised because I mistakenly entered an incorrect value for my stop loss. They argued that my exposure was excessively high, yet the trade never triggered the stop loss and was never in drawdown. Their stance was that merely setting a stop loss with high exposure violated their rules, which seems illogical, especially since setting a stop loss isn't even a requirement for trades. The wrong stop loss was active for only a few minutes before I caught the error and corrected it to 1%, which is my standard practice for funded accounts. I am very disappointed with this service and will not buy another account from them. Additionally, I am extremely dissatisfied with the response from their support team.
