My recent experience with QT Funded support has been very frustrating.
I contacted support multiple times (around 5 separate chat attempts) regarding an important account and compliance-related matter connected to trading access and payouts while I may be traveling for work. Each time, I had to wait 20–30 minutes just for the agent to ask for my email address. After I provided it, there was no response for a long time.
Because of the delay, I eventually had to go offline. Later, I would receive a message saying there was “no response from my side,” and the chat would be closed. This happened repeatedly.
On one Saturday, I waited a very long time after giving my email, only to be told to come back on Monday and start a new chat so an “expert” could clarify the issue. This felt like my time was not being respected at all.
When traders are dealing with time-sensitive matters related to platform access, trading permissions, and payouts, support delays like this create unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
I hope QT Funded improves their live support system and response times, especially for issues that directly affect active funded traders.
