Long Pattern of Errors, Broken Promises, and Repeated Payout Rejection
My experience with QT has been extremely disappointing and frustrating lately since last December.
I initially held two £50,000 Instant Accounts. I successfully traded one account to payout eligibility, but QT wrongfully rejected the payout and terminated the account. Their own Risk Team later acknowledged that this rejection was a mistake.
Because of this wrongful rejection and termination, I began trading my second £50,000 account in good faith. After contacting QT and having their error acknowledged, my original account was reactivated and I was instructed to resubmit the same denied payout. Instead of approving it, QT rejected it again, this time using a different justification — claiming that I had traded £100,000 in Instant Accounts, even though this situation only occurred because of their initial mistake.
After further communication, QT then explicitly assured me that my account would be activated and that I would be able to request my payout again after 14 days. I followed their instructions exactly, waited the full period, and submitted the payout once more — only for QT to reject it again for the exact same reason as before.
Throughout this process, I received repeated apologies, explanations about internal delays, and requests for patience, but no accountability and no resolution. QT acknowledges errors verbally, but when it comes time to pay, the outcome never changes.
This experience has completely eroded my trust in QT. Traders should be aware that even when fault is admitted and given clear assurances, payouts can still be denied repeatedly for same reason with shifting or recycled justifications.
QT has paid me before but this experience has been very painful and frustrating for me!!
