My payout was officially approved and I received a confirmation image stating that the funds would be sent within 3 days.
It has now been over 20 days and I still have not received any payment or TXID.
Since this is a crypto payout, a transaction hash (TXID) should be available once the transfer is executed. Crypto transfers do not take 20 days.
In addition, I have contacted support multiple times and only received generic responses without any concrete update or explanation. This ongoing delay and lack of transparency is very concerning.
Please provide:
1. Confirmation whether the payment has been executed
2. The TXID if it was sent
3. A clear and specific reason for this delay
I am requesting a direct and final answer.
