Quantum fiber “instant internet” while quantum fiber may have great prices their customer service is quite lacking their support tech are nothing more than peopple ready a rehearse script, i move to this apartment building with quantum fiber instant internet for thos of you that do not know its a vuildi g that has been wired and already has router i side the apartment for “easy” activation so they say well moved in tried to create my account t choose my plan but the site kept changing my unit number and than it would not allowed me to choose my unit any who turns out previous tenant left without paying his bill which than QF decided to lock the account link to the apartment until i finally got in touch with one support tech that easily did the job that the others could not do she created a link so i could create my account and choose my plan which i did paid for right than and there but the router still locked to the previous account holder and so they have been giving me the run around that the account will be activated when the payment post which is unbelievable that it hast yet since its been 3 days yet they keep telling me that it hasn’t posted but i know they are holding my activation hostage till the building pays for the previous tenants bill which is a violation of Washington state law
