DO NOT USE!!! Horrible service and extremely unprofessional. I work from home and speeds are the slowest I've experienced. Additionally their techs call off and leave you without service knowing you are dependent on their service for work.
My appointment was cancelled via a text at 6am , which is extremely unprofessional almd the. They reschedule another appointment for 10 days out on a Saturday that I have a funeral to attend. Representative Jason don't even offer or attempt to find another appointment time Disgusting and unprofessional! I have never been treated so poorly and will let everyone know of my experience with Quantum and after losing an immediate family member.

It is pretty much impossible just to cancel it online; instead you have to chat with an agent (good luck getting a real person). They will keep telling you that they are processing the cancellation but keep charging you. They took $75 out of my account every time I reached out trying to cancel and it is still active. 0/10

We just started service with them 1/9/26 and so far so good! We had Cox before them and were paying $160 a month just for internet. For the same unlimited internet with Quantum is $65. We didn't have any problems with installation. The guy who installed it was a subcontracter and said Quantum wasn't available for him yet but as soon as it was he was going to get it. If things change I'll update my review but for now we're very satisfied.

Going to cancel by the end of this month. The customer service experience has been horrid. I’ve been having to reset my internet 4 times a day for the past week just to get it to work. It’s impossible to get a live rep on the phone, wait times are bad, and the “fixes” they recommended don’t work. Hell will freeze over before they send a tech out to look at the setup/ recommend solutions.

I called Quantum Fiber yesterday to ask a few questions. When I didn't sign up immediately, I was transferred to 'Chris', apparently their high pressure sales manager. He was insulting, condescending and rude - telling me that I "didn't understand what a promotion meant" and that it wasn't going to be available again if I called back. I hung up.
His behavior is the reason I didn't sign up. Good job dumbo!

I am submitting this review and formal complaint after more than six weeks of unresolved issues, failed appointments, and complete lack of accountability from Quantum Fiber.

I paid for internet service over a month ago, and as of today, I still do not have service installed. Multiple technicians have arrived at my home on different occasions only to state that they were unable to complete the installation. No clear explanation has ever been provided, and no effective solution has followed.

Even more concerning is your company’s scheduling process. On several occasions, I received automated messages stating “Your appointment has been scheduled” for dates I never agreed to and was never consulted about. Quantum Fiber appears to schedule appointments without customer consent and without confirming availability.

In addition, I have personally scheduled appointments where no technician showed up at all.

One incident highlights how dysfunctional this operation is: I had an installation window between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. I was going to arrive home at 2:05 PM, so I called customer service to request that the technician be notified that I was five minutes away. I was told there was “no way to contact the technician.”
A company that sends field technicians with no communication channel is not operating in a competent or professional manner.

I would also like to add the personal impact this has had on my family. I ordered Quantum Fiber on Christmas Day because we had just purchased tablets for our children as Christmas gifts. We told them not to worry, that the internet would be installed within a few days and they would be able to use them. They were extremely excited.
Those tablets are still sitting in the same box, in the same place, since Christmas, because they are essentially unusable without internet service. Six weeks later, I am still explaining delays to my children because of your company’s failure to deliver what was paid for.

At this point, I have:
• Paid for a service that has not been delivered
• Rearranged my schedule for multiple failed appointments
• Had appointments scheduled without my authorization
• Been given excuses instead of solutions
• Been told customer service cannot even reach their own technicians

This is, without exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have had with any company in my life.

Take heed of these reviews—this service is disappointing, and when you attempt to cancel, they fail to credit you for services not used. It's outrageous. I regret choosing this provider. Look elsewhere; there are better options available with more competitive pricing and reliable service.

MY PARTNER PAID THE BILL FOR THE MONTH, AND THEN TODAY HE RECEIVED AN EMAIL THANKING HIM FOR CONFIRMING A CANCELLATION…WE NEVER REQUESTED ANY CANCELLATION. THIS HAPPENED TO ME A FEW MONTHS AGO WHEN THE SERVICE WAS UNDER MY NAME! THIS SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE!

Absolutely the worst internet system.

This internet system is the most disappointing I've ever encountered. It fails to operate effectively. Customer support suggested an additional device, which I waited four days for. After setting it up, I still faced constant buffering while streaming, even with the device nearby. My speed was supposed to be 500 Mbps, but I'm only getting 300 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload. The connection keeps dropping from my Smart TV, requiring constant resets. After multiple attempts, I've decided to cancel immediately. The hype and promises are meaningless if the service doesn't work. Installed on December 10, and I'm already canceling. I would have canceled sooner if I hadn't waited for the additional device, which did nothing. $50 wasted.

Avoid at all costs! You've been warned.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They canceled my internet without any notice. When I inquired, I was informed that my account had been transferred and was given another number to call. I couldn't believe they did this without informing me. I was told I would be without internet the next day. What kind of company operates like this? The number provided led to another provider, which they claimed was their 'sister company.' If this company is this unreliable, why would I want to deal with their associated provider? Steer clear!
