I would give no stars ! The most Horrible Internet always some excuse for service not working at all and take a week to come out and then never do anything, to the point has cost people their jobs that work from home ! Do not ever get service with this company they merged from century link to quantum now to AT&T and it’s garbage they have no problem taking 80.00 every month from your account and you don’t even get service half the time , and customer service I don’t think they even know what they are doing and waste more of your time and resolve nothing , this should be criminal ! And I would note my date of experience would be for the last four years and because these are new townhomes, and there was no other service out here that we had an option to get another service it’s been a battle for four straight years, most horrible service ever when it is halfway working beyond slow, you can’t even have even a computer to work work halfway decent, and everybody around me is having the same issues criminal they take your money and you get no service.
