This internet system is the most disappointing I've ever encountered. It fails to operate effectively. Customer support suggested an additional device, which I waited four days for. After setting it up, I still faced constant buffering while streaming, even with the device nearby. My speed was supposed to be 500 Mbps, but I'm only getting 300 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload. The connection keeps dropping from my Smart TV, requiring constant resets. After multiple attempts, I've decided to cancel immediately. The hype and promises are meaningless if the service doesn't work. Installed on December 10, and I'm already canceling. I would have canceled sooner if I hadn't waited for the additional device, which did nothing. $50 wasted.
