I dropped my prescription glasses in the sea during the polar plunge, Fabrice and Sofia did a grid search on a zodiac for a very long time and eventually found them. Sofia dove into the freezing water to retrieve them. I can not be more grateful for the effort the crew underwent. They did not have to do this. Humanity at its best. When we couldn't fly out from Resolute for 4 days at the end of the trip due to weather, the crew, especially Jake, the leader tried their best to keep the passengers comfortable and entertained and morale high.
