This is my third review regarding the inadequate service from the company. I paid over 4K for quartz overlays on two sides of my kitchen. One side is acceptable, but I'm now on my third overlay for the other side due to cracks in the previous worktops. My luck ran out; the fitters cracked my existing tiles and placed an offcut over it. It looks awful, and I have two mismatched worktops. After numerous emails with photos and phone calls, I received a response indicating that the accounts manager acknowledged an issue with the work. Do not, I repeat, do not engage with this company; it's fine when everything goes smoothly, but there’s no aftercare. It has taken me 18 months to reach this point. The first time, I was told I would have to pay for a replacement worktop when it cracked on an angle cut.
