We are extremely satisfied with the service provided, which was professional throughout. The installation by the technician was excellent, and the project was well-coordinated by the account manager. We now have a stunning kitchen, thanks to the team.
This marks my third review regarding the inadequate service from this company. I spent over 4K on quartz overlays for two sides of my kitchen. One side turned out well, but I am now on my third overlay for the other side due to the cracking of two previous worktops. My hopes for a successful outcome were dashed when the fitters damaged my existing tiles and placed an off cut of the surface over it. The appearance is poor, and I have two mismatched worktops. After numerous emails with photos and phone calls, I finally received a response indicating that the accounts manager acknowledges an issue with the work. Avoid this company at all costs; it's fine when everything goes smoothly, but there is no aftercare. It has taken me 18 months to reach this point. Initially, I was told I would have to pay for a replacement worktop when it cracked at an angle.

We invested significant time choosing our provider for our renovation and ultimately decided on a service after paying a substantial deposit. We also arranged for flooring and decorating to follow once our kitchen was finished. We were informed that the job would take a maximum of 3 or 4 days! Nearly 4 weeks later, our kitchen was finally completed. While the fitters were fantastic and our contact was helpful, the issues we encountered caused considerable disruption and stress. There were delivery failures, incorrect materials, and damaged goods, leading to constant upheaval. We requested compensation but were told we did not qualify! I’m sharing this because I believed customer satisfaction was a priority. We only sought a simple acknowledgment, perhaps a gesture of goodwill. If that had occurred, this review would have been entirely different. So, customer service team, could we have handled this better?
The arrangements made by the team and the installation were outstanding. Both were courteous, efficient, and professional, and I am pleased to commend them. Some friends were impressed by our experience and decided to have similar work done.
The fitter and his young apprentice were very pleasant. They were efficient, well-prepared, and executed the work effectively. The fitter addressed a minor issue with a hairline crack in the sink, coordinating with a colleague to arrange a replacement. I wasn't inconvenienced, and the apprentice did a fantastic job cleaning up. Overall communication has been excellent, and I highly recommend this service for its efficiency.
