I placed an order for tires and rims on November 4th. Initially, I was informed that the rims were out of stock, and later I was told the same about the tires. After waiting three weeks and inquiring about shipping, I was told it was being assembled. Another week went by with no change. It was only after I requested a return and refund that I learned only one tire had arrived, while the other three were still unavailable, despite my numerous calls. Ultimately, I asked for a refund and had to go to a local shop to replace my tires in snowy conditions. After a month since my purchase, I never received my winter tires.
