Initially, the customer service was great, but it has deteriorated significantly. If you encounter any issues with your tires, be prepared for poor support and warranty service. I received faulty tires and was directed to pay for testing instead of an immediate return. The timeline has stretched over a week, and all we want is to get our car back on the road. Refund or replacement is needed.
