As a long-time customer, I was disappointed with my last order. I received three new tires and one old tire from 2023. I assumed this would be easily resolved, but I was wrong. They insisted it's acceptable to sell tires up to five years old, despite their own guidelines suggesting replacement after six years. I have to change my tires based on age, not treadwear, and this old tire robbed me of a full season's use. My attempts to discuss this calmly were met with resistance.
