I had to spend signifigant time on the phone, as my postal code threw them for a loop. So I thought I had it all figured out, I called them again, as their system didn't like my credit card info. I sat back and waited for my tires, then I get a phone call telling me I should have received an email from some email address that I've never heard of, so of course practicing online safety, I didn't open the email from @#$#@$$%@whatever, immediately I deleted it! So they wanted me to give them a digital code, which I could "only" get from my mobile/banking/app.. I don't have a smart phone only a dumb one, so I asked them to clarify.. Within minutes my order was cancelled. Most difficult company I have ever dealt with online.
