I ordered the tires and rims on November 4th. Initially, I was informed that the rims were unavailable, and later I found out that the tires were also out of stock. After waiting three weeks, I inquired about the shipping date, and they mentioned it was being assembled. Another week went by, and it was still in the same status of 'being assembled.' It wasn't until I requested a return and refund that I learned only one tire had arrived, while the other three were still out of stock, despite numerous calls I made. Eventually, I opted for a refund. Ultimately, I had no choice but to visit a local shop to get my tires replaced in snowy and icy conditions. In the end, even after a month from my purchase on November 4th, I never received the winter tires.
