As a frequent flyer member, my partner initially wanted to open a points account. During our first attempt to complete identity checks on my phone, the website crashed with an error message. We were concerned about the safety of personal information. When we contacted customer support, they promised to send a form via email, which never arrived. Despite filling out an inquiry form, we were informed that none of my partner's submitted information was saved. It's disappointing to see such a straightforward process mishandled, and we're reconsidering banking with this institution due to the unprofessionalism and complexity of their procedures.
