Extremely poor quality and nonexistent customer service.Product quality is terrible and does not match what is advertised at all. Customer service is completely incompetent.I returned my order by mail in September (Order #7493). The company received the product, yet since then absolutely nothing has been done.No refund. No proof of refund. No clear explanation. Just excuses and delays for months.Keeping a returned product and failing to issue a refund for months is unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and reliability.This company is not trustworthy, not transparent, and does not respect its customers.Quality: 0/10.
