Unacceptable service. The delivery information was misleading. When the items finally arrived and I attempted to return them, the customer service team offered me a £3 refund after I had spent over £80, including £18 for a promised speedy delivery that never occurred. I explained my situation involving cancer treatment and how it affected my ability to return the products, but I only received repeated offers of a £3 refund. Terrible company. I would strongly advise against using their services.
