This is my second review and I am utterly shocked by this company. The email exchanges have dragged on for over a week! I have provided everything they asked for, yet every morning I wake up to another identical request for information I already submitted! They keep asking for photos of original labels and dress sizing, but there were none—the garment arrived wrinkled in a plastic bag without labels! I am now in talks with my credit card company to recover my money. This is the most stressful and ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. I keep receiving messages requesting the same information repeatedly! I cannot provide pictures of original labels or sizes because they were not included with the wrinkled garment I received! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.
