The dress did not arrive as promised and was at least two sizes too small. The return process was a nightmare! I didn’t receive a full refund and had to pay a lot for shipping it back. I lost over $40 dealing with this company. The package arrived without any paperwork, forcing me to search through emails for contact information. After many emails, I finally got an address to return the item, but I still haven’t received my partial refund. I have been in communication with this company since October 15 when I originally placed the order.
