Terrible experience with service. The delivery information provided was misleading. When the items finally arrived, I attempted to return them, but the support team only offered me a £3 refund despite my spending over £80, of which £18 was for a promised speedy delivery that never occurred. After I explained my situation related to health issues and how it affected my ability to return the products, I was met with a repeated offer of just a £3 refund. Very disappointing company. I would not recommend them at all.
