I would rate my experience 5 out of 5 stars. When I inquired about an item on the side of the handbag, the company responded quickly to my inquiry. I understood the response. I initially bought two handbags and was quite pleased with the quality. I went on to buy 2 more handbags and 3 wallets. My family will be surprised and pleased with their early Mother’s Day gift.
