I was looking for something different for my wife, and I discovered the purse on Queenira's website, which was elegant, beautiful, and quite stylish. The design images stood out as they were real faces, almost as though they came out of the bag themselves. I ordered this first bag for Christmas, and it arrived on time. I took it up to our bedroom in a box so she could open it while I watched. Her reaction was pure elation and excitement over the beauty and workmanship of the bag. This was the most elegant and individualized item I have purchased for her, and sometimes. She couldn't wait to match it with her outfits. The bag was so beautiful that I went back and purchased two more. We are ordering three more. She loves them so very much, and they change according to what she's wearing for the day. As an artist myself, the detail is stunning. As we go to different places, stores, events, and just walking outdoors people stop and ask her where did you buy them. I would rate my experience 5 out of 5 stars. When I inquired about an item on the side of the handbag, the company responded quickly to my inquiry. I understood the response. I initially bought two handbags and was quite pleased with the quality. I went on to buy 2 more handbags and 3 wallets. My family will be surprised and pleased with their early Mother’s Day gift. Thank you for providing products that will last for years to come and will be a great conversation piece even as we celebrate Black History month. Thank you.
I placed an order for a bag for my wife around a month ago, and I still haven't received it. Meanwhile, the company seems to be trying to access my account for payment. I'm fairly certain I paid in full at the time of the order. I doubt I'll choose to engage with them again.
I appreciated the visuals on the accessories (I got my wife a stylish handbag and pochette). The designs were eye-catching. I'm content with my purchase, although the graphics in the promotional images suggest a more sculpted leather finish.
The quality is not the best. The so-called “premium leather” resembles vinyl or what is often referred to as vegan leather. The strap intended to be leather is clearly made of synthetic material. While the design on the bag is appealing, the leather quality does not seem durable. If you need it quickly, such as for a birthday, it's advisable to place your order three months in advance due to the lengthy delivery time. It seems like the items are produced overseas and may be delayed by customs, which could explain the long wait.
After a long wait for this bag, finding a crease across it was disappointing. The packaging didn't protect it well during shipping. It should have been boxed to withstand transit. I'm let down. This is the second time I've faced issues. No more purchases for me. I wish I could share a photo of the inadequate packaging and the damaged bag.
