Something has happened here and not sure what it is, but I have used them successfully in the past and after my last order I won’t be using them again. Ordered apparel for a show on February 4th with a delivery date of February 24th. On February 23rd showed still in production so I did the online chat and the agent told me package would ship the 24th and I would see it the 25th - it was shipped the 24th usps ground from Dallas, TX which is 5 day service to WI. I sent them an email and asked why they lied to me that I would get my package the 25th and customer service said they aren’t responsible for carrier delays. So just be aware that if you have something time sensitive, a show in my case, they feel that the ship date is the delivery date and they did nothing wrong. They gave me a refund and turned the package around. I will not work with a company that lies to me.
