Review Time
Something has happened here and not sure what it is, but I have used them successfully in the past and after my last order I won’t be using them again. Ordered apparel for a show on February 4th with a delivery date of February 24th. On February 23rd showed still in production so I did the online chat and the agent told me package would ship the 24th and I would see it the 25th - it was shipped the 24th usps ground from Dallas, TX which is 5 day service to WI. I sent them an email and asked why they lied to me that I would get my package the 25th and customer service said they aren’t responsible for carrier delays. So just be aware that if you have something time sensitive, a show in my case, they feel that the ship date is the delivery date and they did nothing wrong. They gave me a refund and turned the package around. I will not work with a company that lies to me.
I made an order of tailor-made clothes to my small business with Queensboro and got a good experience in general. The site is userfriendly and provides a large choice of apparel and publicity products that can be customized. The process of ordering was easy and the logo set-up was easy. The product of the items was fair and aligned with the price. It also took me longer than I would have liked to get the final products, but the end products were professionally crafted and well made. Customer service was friendly in case I needed an answer, but they can be quicker.
Very satisfied with my orders. Unfortunately my first order i ordered my usual size but being different brand and materials i should have gone up one size. But when I contacted support they offered to replace my order free of charge . And she helped me pick out a different brand which she said usually runs a little bigger size so we went with that and my second order was absolutely perfect.. thank u. Good quality products delivered timely once graphics were approved. Tooknmultipkeviteratiobscover several days to finalize graphics which delayed delivery. I understand reasons for delays just would be nice to talk to a person to get graphics right rather that back and forth electronicly.
