An incredibly frustrating experience that remains unresolved. We invested a significant amount for coverage on our belongings in storage, only to find them damaged by pests. Our insurance claim for furniture has gone on for over 6 months with minimal progress, and the support team seems indifferent. Despite the 'new for old' promise, we've been offered subpar replacements that don’t compare. Response times are extremely slow, with some emails taking over a month to receive a reply. Meanwhile, we lack the items and funds to replace them, forcing us to stay with relatives. The final disappointment came when I sought help from a financial ombudsman, only to be told the company refused to provide a final response letter, claiming they are not under the ombudsman's jurisdiction. This service should be avoided at all costs.
