Meanwhile, we lack the items and funds to replace them, forcing us to stay with relatives. The final disappointment came when I sought help from a financial ombudsman, only to be told the company refused to provide a final response letter, claiming they are not under the ombudsman's jurisdiction. This service should be avoided at all costs.
