Frustrating experience with customer service

I ordered from them twice. The first time, I was completely satisfied and fell in love! I use a lot of eyeshadow colors daily and love vibrant pigments. However, my second order was a disaster. I placed an order for 8 items worth $184 on 12/12/25, but after days of tracking, it showed a counterfeit label and no movement. Weeks passed, and it indicated delivery to the wrong address. I tried contacting the company but received no response. Now, I'm out $200 with no items. This feels very shady from both the company and the shipping service.
