If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered two mascaras and they are watery with very little pigment. When I reached out for a refund I sent the requested videos and went back in forth over several emails. Instead of a refund they wanted me to ship out of pocket to New Zealand and they will determine from there if it’s faulty. Horrible company. Don’t give them your money. Their product is cheap.
I love Question Beauty!!!! I bought some lipgloss from question beauty after watching many videos and loving the colors.. when it arrived I loved it more then I thought I would because I have tried to buy some lipgloss from the online ads of other companies before and I was disappointed many times… but this company is truly one that looks like it does in the ads. So I made a bigger order and I can’t wait to receive it!!!! Thanks question beauty for making a great product for this color loving lady.
First time I have ever taken a leap of faith and tried and unknown cosmetic company’s from outside of Canada. I was blown away with the quality and customer service. The product is so good and really does last. The pigments are fine ground and go on without clumping or creasing. When mixed with the mixing medium it becomes and amazing liquid liner that pops. Worth every dollar. Thank you Question Beauty.
Super happy with this brand! I wish I ordered more because I love the product I got! I got a glittery setting spray and WOW! I did some quick test sprays on my arms and legs in the morning, forgot about it, and for the WHOLE day and night I was a shiny star, and it stayed smelling yummy despite it being a hot day! I really can't wait to try more from this brand. The order arrived well within estimated times and the product was exactly like advertised.

I am really enjoying this brand! Their customer support is also excellent—I was initially confused about the protective foam cover that ensures the pigments arrive in perfect condition! They quickly assisted me in understanding that I just needed to remove the foam ♥️.

I ordered from them twice. The first time, I was completely satisfied and fell in love! I use a lot of eyeshadow colors daily and love vibrant pigments. However, my second order was a disaster. I placed an order for 8 items worth $184 on 12/12/25, but after days of tracking, it showed a counterfeit label and no movement. Weeks passed, and it indicated delivery to the wrong address. I tried contacting the company but received no response. Now, I'm out $200 with no items. This feels very shady from both the company and the shipping service.
