Not satisfied at all

I ordered makeup for a specific event a month in advance. After waiting 10 days with no shipping update, I reached out and found out one product was out of stock. I asked to cancel my order, but the next day I received a shipping notification. Now, over a week later, the tracking shows it's still in a factory overseas. My event is in two days, and I spent over $100 with no makeup. If you thought you were supporting a local business, it turns out everything comes from abroad. I'm really not impressed.
