If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered two mascaras and they are watery with very little pigment. When I reached out for a refund I sent the requested videos and went back in forth over several emails. Instead of a refund they wanted me to ship out of pocket to New Zealand and they will determine from there if it’s faulty. Horrible company. Don’t give them your money. Their product is cheap.
