Despite multiple emails and calls, the only response I receive is that my funds will be available 'tomorrow,' which never happens. There is no effective process for resolving issues, and the lack of accountability is alarming. A financial service should be transparent and responsive, and this one has failed in both respects. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform.
