Overall, my experience is as follows…Sales goodDelivery went wellGood buildersHowever...after sales appalling. Issues happen but the level of contact unacceptable and it's taken 9 months to get problems sorted.- Only 1 Motor shipped for x2 garage doors.- Garage door installation delayed due to missing components.- Garage doors not closing fully when fitted.- Faulty access door supplied.- Advised by after sales I would have to silicone under foundation boards MYSELF to seal building.- Water ingress through access door and rear window, - Management unwilling to speak to customer!
