Lovely customer service cabin looks beautiful came on time everything was there what we wanted came on time and they where and the end of the phone if we needed advice x
Quick-Garden were very easy and professional to deal with. We made a few slight changes to the design which were easily accommodated. The cabin was erected by their nominated supplier who were excellent. The quality of construction is very impressive and thoroughly recommended.
The product in my view was excellent, a fantastic Garden Office in quality materials. Everything was supplied to put together a double wall insulated Garden Office, with Double Glazing.I went for the metal corrugated roof which not only looks good, but have had no problems over the last 5 years during heavy rainfall.Help was available via telephone when needed for some minor details on fitting together the pieces.It is used all year round and even my son comes over to work in it when he needs some quiet time.
We are very happy with our log cabin. We've had it up 2 years and it's worked exactly as we wanted, functioning as office space away from young children. The team at Quick Garden were very helpful while we constructed it. I would recommend them.
Overall, my experience is as follows…Sales goodDelivery went wellGood buildersHowever...after sales appalling. Issues happen but the level of contact unacceptable and it's taken 9 months to get problems sorted.- Only 1 Motor shipped for x2 garage doors.- Garage door installation delayed due to missing components.- Garage doors not closing fully when fitted.- Faulty access door supplied.- Advised by after sales I would have to silicone under foundation boards MYSELF to seal building.- Water ingress through access door and rear window, - Management unwilling to speak to customer!
The quality of my new 6m x 6m garage/workshop is very good indeed. Quick-Garden recommended Cabin Installations Ltd of Bedford to erect and they did an excellent and speedy job. The communication between us has been very good. The product is exactly as described on their very good website.
