appalling product, appalling customer service.Lots of lovely emails but take no responsibility for anything. Wrong items delivered and then told could be replaced weeks later - that was the foundation of the whole building. The items are packed all over the place so we had to unpack 5 tonnes of wood and window to check they were all there. So many of the planks were warped, the internal wall looks like a S shape. The windows have 2 inch gaps all the way round. The instructions tell you to install the gables complete but then it's impossible to install the beams so we had to start all over. I suggested they might like to compensate me but heard nothing.Please contact me directly for photos and testament from the carpenters who installed and vowed never to use the company again.
