I ordered my Poolhouse (in the spring sale offer] in Jan 23 and Quick Garden (Marina) arranged for it to be stored for six weeks so I could get the base constructed whilst still honouring the sale price, When delivered, I decided to use the Quick Gardens recommended installation team, who responded less than a week after contact, who did a quality installation. Marina was very helpful and responded to questions regarding dimensions etc before delivery for my builder to construct the base. I am extremely happy with the build quality and we have had plenty of use of the house since we had it installed. Would recommend.
