In summary: excellent product, very good value, comprehensive instructions, and above all, outstanding customer service. The website was clear and user-friendly. The range of products is accurately described with helpful diagrams and images, so making a choice and placing an order was easy and straightforward. Free delivery (even to the Scottish Highlands) was a major plus point. The arrangements (via the UK transport firm Jeavons Eurotir) were very efficient, and the large pallet-load arrived safely.Assembly of the structure was possible as a DIY job, thanks to the comprehensive and detailed instructions provided, and the fact that all necessary fixings were included in the kit.The actual components were of very high quality. All the wood pieces were straight and precisely cut to fit, and the entire structure fitted together perfectly.But the really outstanding aspect was the superb customer service from Gabriele at Quick Gardens' head office. On several occasions guidance was needed to check and confirm the detailed instructions and some of the measurements. Each emailed request for "technical" advice was promptly and fully answered, sometimes with additional diagrams showing how the components fitted together. This gave a high level of confidence in the assembly task. And when an additional can of wood-stain was needed, this was supplied and delivered free of charge!The job is now complete and the car-port/shed structure is in use. A five-star review is totally justified... indeed if it were possible I would give a six-star rating for the quality of customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and its products, and I am very grateful for the support provided by Gabriele and her colleagues.
