Several Issues

I was a returning customer after purchasing the 4x3 garden room. My second purchase was the 4x6 garden room. Firstly the sales person I dealt with was good to start with but then realised he would say anything to get the sale even making false promises on delivery. I pulled him up on this but then was told he couldn't remember and had to go listen to the recording of the call - I never received any reply after this. Secondly they offer turn key on the website but don't actually offer this services. I was told I can speak with the builder to find out about this service. The issue with this I couldn't speak with the builder till the delivery date. I paid for the site survey but the guy that showed up didn't know what he was suppose to do. He took some measurements and left. Then I received a email from the salesman asking for the measurements! I had to explain to him the builder had all this and they need to contact him directly. Then my builder was changed several times and they couldn't keep track on who actually was doing the build. I received the building on estimated delivery date (the delivery driver was very nice and professional). After the delivery I had to wait another two weeks for the builders to arrange the date for installation. All this was super stressful and not the best experiences.I paid £5600 for the installation service but didn't actually know I had to do all the after installation cleaning and had to hire a skip (it looked like a tornado touched down in my backyard) This is hidden far inside the T&C (please read the T&C as they do add loads in there you need to know before you think of buying anything from this company). The builders would promise estimated finish date then change it last minute. They would also not show up some days not letting me know what was going on. I had to keep reaching out to them to find out what was going on. Not very professional for the money I paid for this service.Also the photos on the website isn't the same as what you get! They should actually put this on the website - only for illustration purpose and the actual building will be different. This will be the last time I purchase from this company and wont recommend. UPDATE 25 November 2024 As I said you have it on your website - I discussed this with the sales rep and he told me I needed to speak with the builder directly. I then had to go back to him after several emails to try and get the number for the builder. The builder changed several times - sorry how should I talk both of them if they keep changing???? I spoke with one builder and was told they don't offer this. Then add this to your website that its area dependent!!! Again your website hides everything away - as per my original review you need to make it more obvious!!! Im more than happy to discuss this further to make things more clear for consumers in the future.
